Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, roles, and candidate profiles.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus hiring, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and shortlist candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
  • Negotiate offers, prepare offer letters, and facilitate smooth candidate onboarding.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers (ATS/HRIS).
  • Conduct reference checks and ensure background verification as per policy.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and recruitment best practices.
  • Support employer branding initiatives by engaging with candidates and representing CADOpt positively.
  • Prepare recruitment metrics and reports (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, etc.).
  • Assist in other HR activities such as orientation, employee engagement, and policy communication when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
  • 1–4 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, job portals, LinkedIn, and sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver within deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ATS/HRIS tools (Zoho Recruit, Keka Hire, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
