Role Overview

The role focuses on
sales and business development (75%)
and
Operations management (25%)
. The ideal candidate will drive patient acquisition, revenue growth, and centre profitability while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high level of patient satisfaction. The candidate should be profitability focus and with zeal to beat the budget and drive the team towards it.

Key Responsibilities

· Own P&L and achieve monthly revenue & profitability targets.

· Drive patient footfall through local marketing, referrals, and partnerships.

· Recommend and implement growth strategies.

· Ensure operational efficiency, staff attendance, and center discipline.

· Oversee adherence to compliances, Adequate inventory levels, service quality, and patient satisfaction and cleanliness.

· Handle patient feedback and resolve grievances effectively.

· Coordinate with HO for HR, finance, and administrative requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Graduate/Postgraduate in
Business Administration
or
Hospital Management
.

· –4 years of experience in
healthcare sales/business development & operations

· Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

· Prior experience in
IVF or fertility centers
preferred.
