We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Centre Head to lead our centre operations and ensure smooth functioning. She will be responsible for driving overall performance growth & operational excellence.

*Key Responsibilities*:

  • Take full accountability for the centre performance, service quality & adherence to organizational Standards.

  • Lead complete centre operation with the strong focus on optimization & continuous improvement.

  • Handle Parents' interactions, counselling sessions, centre inquires with professionalism & clarity.

  • Strengthen parent- student engagement through regular updates & satisfaction initiative.

  • Gather, evaluate & implement feedbacks to continuously enhance centre focusing.

  • Maintain strict compliances with company policies, reporting & operational guidelines.

  • Develop & implement centre level strategy to meet enrollment, revenue, performance target.

*Required Skills & Qualifications*:

  • Graduate/PG in any discipline

  • Minimum 7 to 8years of experience in Centre management/education industry

  • Strong communication, team management and leadership ability to analyse process, identified gaps & implement effective solutions

  • focus on admissions and operations

  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations

Preferred Background:

Prior Experience in Centre Management, operations / service oriented role is an added advantage
