Ivanshigo Limited is a rapidly scaling international sales and lead generation agency that drives bookings and conversions for clients in event rentals, car rentals, digital marketing, real estate, and other B2C services.

Our India-based remote team works through WhatsApp, email, phone, and social media outreach to secure bookings for clients in multiple countries.

Role Overview

We are hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who are passionate about sales, communication, and results.

You will be responsible for:

  • Generating and qualifying leads through WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach.
  • Following up consistently to close deals.
  • Logging all activity and bookings in the CRM (GoHighLevel).
  • Meeting monthly booking and performance targets.

This role is 100% remote, commission-based only, and ideal for individuals who are self-driven, disciplined, and ready to perform immediately.

Compensation & Earnings

This position follows a performance-based commission structure only.

  • Flat commission per confirmed and paid booking (amount varies per client/product).
  • Average performers earn between INR 50,000–75,000/month.
  • High achievers regularly cross INR 90,000–125,000/month.
  • Base salary eligibility begins after 2 consecutive months of consistent performance and meeting KPIs.

Example: 1 booking per day can yield around INR 60,000–70,000/month depending on the client project.

  • Must be a resident of India with stable internet and a reliable home setup.
  • Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, BPO, or customer support preferred.
  • Excellent English communication and persuasion skills.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and performance dashboards.
  • Flexible timing – must be available for client markets in different time zones.
  • Self-starter, disciplined, and result-driven.
