Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and mentor a talented team of .NET developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Full-Stack Development: Spearheaded the design, development, and maintenance of robust, scalable web applications with .NET technologies.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with various teams to define, design, and introduce new features.
  • UI/UX Implementation: Develop responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).
  • Back-End Development: Create and maintain back-end services and APIs with .NET Core and C#.
  • Performance Optimization: Ensure applications' performance, quality, and responsiveness meet industry standards.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify bottlenecks, debug, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Code Quality: Conduct thorough code reviews to uphold high-quality code standards.
  • Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Project Coordination: Partner with project managers to meet project timelines and deliverables.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least five years in full-stack development, focusing on .NET technologies.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and Entity Framework.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Knowledge of database design and development (SQL Server).
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, excellent communication, and teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
