Job Description

  • Own and execute the full ABM lifecycle from account selection to engagement to conversion.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), target account lists, and key messaging.
  • Develop personalized campaign strategies for different segments using content, ads, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Use ABM tools (e.g., RollWorks, Demandbase, 6sense, or similar) to run account-based display ads and track engagement.
  • Work with CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms to execute outreach workflows and nurture sequences.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and continuously optimize based on insights.
  • Create alignment between marketing and sales teams through shared goals, reporting, and feedback loops.
  • Support sales enablement efforts with account intelligence, battle cards, and customized collateral.

Requirements

  • 3- 6 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years in ABM.
  • Proven experience with ABM tools such as RollWorks, Demandbase, 6sense, Terminus, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of CRM and MAP platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach tools such as Sales Navigator, HeyReach, or Phantombuster.
  • Experience in working with sales teams and building joint GTM plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong storytelling ability.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analyzing performance and refining campaigns.
  • Comfortable with tools for lead enrichment, web analytics, and visitor deanonymization (e.g., , Segment, ).
  • Bonus: Knowledge of AI-powered marketing automation, content personalization, or industry-specific ABM (e.g., healthcare, IT services).
