Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant based in Bengaluru. The Senior Accountant will oversee financial reporting, manage general ledger reconciliations, monitor budgeting and forecasting activities, and ensure that all accounting operations comply with legal regulations and company policies. The individual will also assist in preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, and supporting audits, while ensuring the accuracy and timely completion of all accounting processes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Expertise in general accounting tasks, including ledger maintenance and reconciliations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret financial data
  • Experience in ensuring compliance with legal standards and company financial policies
  • Advanced skills in accounting software and tools, with a focus on efficiency
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, plus attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or packaging industries is a plus
