Job Description – Senior Accountant

Company: Shathayu Ayurveda Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Work From Office

Position: Senior Accountant

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month OR 15% hike on current CTC.

Work Timings:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Shathayu Ayurveda Pvt. Ltd. is a reputed healthcare and wellness organization committed to providing holistic Ayurvedic treatments and quality service. We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Senior Accountant who can manage the financial operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Handle GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
  • Maintain accounts payable and receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ledgers.
  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and cash flow.
  • Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.
  • Process payroll and maintain statutory registers.
  • Assist management with financial planning and analysis.
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality in financial data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce/Finance (B.Com/M.Com/MBA).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Accountant/Senior Accountant.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP/Prime and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
