Regional Manager in Galway
to support even more schools.

This role is about building relationships and helping schools access a service they already need. It's not a high-pressure sales job - your focus will be guiding schools through the process and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.

What you'll do

  • Build positive relationships with principals, teachers, and school communities
  • Support schools through the sign-up and launch process
  • Coordinate school launches with our Brand Ambassadors
  • Manage leads and progress using Pipedrive
  • Respond to school queries and provide support where needed
  • Mentor Brand Ambassadors in your region
  • Represent The Lunch Bag with professionalism and care

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years' experience in sales, account management, or community engagement
  • A people-focused, approachable communicator
  • Genuine interest in children's health and wellbeing
  • Organised, proactive, and confident managing your own workload
  • Full clean Irish driving licence
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and route planning tools

What we offer

€50,000 salary
Company Car Provided
Full-time, permanent contract

Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm
