Job Description: Zonal Manager (Sales and Marketing)

Candidate must have relevant experience in Bath fittings, CP fittings, and sanitary ware products

Minimum of 5 -6 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the bath fittings or sanitary ware industry.

Location: Base location-Hyderabad, and will cover Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Goa, and parts of Karnataka

Department: Sales and Marketing

Industry preferred- Bath Fittings & Sanitary ware

Notice Period: 15-20 days

Salary- No bar for deserving candidate

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.

Drive sales growth for the bath fittings and sanitary ware products in the assigned region.

Team Management:

Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals across the region.

Ensure effective coordination and performance evaluation of the sales team.

Market Development:

Identify potential markets and establish strong distribution networks.

Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, and contractors.

Marketing Activities:

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and activities.

Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.

Reporting and Analysis:

Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the senior management.

Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and take corrective actions.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Proven track record of handling a large team and achieving sales targets.

Strong understanding of market dynamics in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Goa, and parts of Karnataka.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in team handling and managing cross-functional teams.

Expertise in building relationships with key stakeholders and driving business development initiatives.
