Role Description

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in construction management and project management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to coordinate with engineers and project managers effectively
  • Proficiency in resource allocation, budget management, and quality control
  • In-depth knowledge of safety and regulatory guidelines in the construction industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of relevant local languages is beneficial
