The National Collections Manager is responsible for the care, preservation, and management of a national collection of artifacts, artworks, or historical items. This role involves developing and implementing collection management policies, overseeing storage and handling procedures, and ensuring the long-term preservation of the collection. The National Collections Manager works closely with curators, conservators, and other museum staff to ensure the collection is accessible for research, exhibition, and public engagement.

PG: MBA/PGDM in Finance, International Business, Marketing

Responsibilities:
• Delinquency Control: Oversee delinquency management for Tractor Loan on a national scale.
• NPA Reduction: Develop and implement strategies to reduce non-performing Assets (NPA) in vehicle financing products.
• Reporting: Regularly present updates on delinquency and NPA status to senior management, including actionable insights and recommendations.
• Team Recruitment and Development: Recruit and train collection managers at various levels (Bucket, HO, Area, Regional, and Zonal) to ensure eective collections operations.
• Asset Management: Oversee the sale of repossessed vehicles, ensuring minimal loss from each account while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
• Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with Sales, Credit, and Operations teams to resolve customer issues swiftly and eectively. Prerequisites:

• Proven track record of implementing successful collection strategies that align with business goals. Educational Qualifications: Post Graduation in Finance/ Business Administration.
