Title: BI Manager- Collection Systems & Reporting (SQL/Crystal)

Location: Work from Home/Gurugram

Mandatory skills: 4+ yrs of strong experience in SQL, Crystal Reports, KPIs

Shift: Night Shift

Role Purpose

Build, maintain, and optimize reporting, KPIs, datasets, and data pipelines supporting Collections operations across Artiva RM, Ontario Reports, AS/400, and SQL-based environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and automate weekly/monthly/adhoc Collections reports (roll rates, liquidation, RPC, queue penetration, collector performance, skip-trace KPIs).
  • Build SQL datasets and reporting logic using Intersystem Caché, SQL Server, and DB2 (AS/400).
  • Develop and maintain Crystal Reports and Ontario Reports output templates.
  • Support Artiva RM reporting: data extraction, namespace analysis, Dev/Test/Prod release support.
  • Query AS/400 DB2 and integrate outputs into downstream reporting.
  • Handle skip-trace reporting and operational analytics.
  • Perform UAT for reporting/system changes and support account recovery system enhancements.
  • Manage scheduled SFTP/FTP/PGP file transfers (GoAnywhere or similar).

Technical Skill Requirements

  • SQL (Caché / SQL Server / DB2)
  • Crystal Reports (mandatory)
  • Ontario Reports (preferred)
  • AS/400 DB2 & CL commands (preferred)
  • ETL/SSIS or equivalent data extraction experience
  • Experience with Artiva RM or any Collections management system
  • Strong understanding of Collections KPIs (roll rates, liquidation, RPC, PTP, queue penetration)
  • Tools: GoAnywhere, SFTP/FTP/PGP, Excel, Access

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 4–10+ years in SQL-based operational reporting
  • Experience in Collections domain preferred (Artiva/Ontario/AS400)
