Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Analytics :
2. Create performance dashboards for specific regions/cluster and regularly circulate over emails and other modes of communication
3. Analyze data to identify opportunities and levers for growth in each region/cluster
4. Manage data for health of all strategic projects
5. Program management
6. Program manage all strategic initiatives. Plan review meetings and follow up on pending activities
7. Strategic projects

A. Support execution of all strategic initiatives

1. Sales Drives
2. Engage and motivate sales teams on daily basis through engaging contests
3. Manage Zonal heads reviews
4. Support zonal heads in daily reviews and provide analytical support.

KEY STAKEHOLDERS

• Internal : Sales leadership (Regional heads, branch managers), distribution planning,

Engagement COE, Learning and development, HR, Finance

External : Agents, vendors as needed

JOB SUMMARY:

• Act as program manager for all zonal initiatives who can support in growth initiatives of the channel and act as a central point of contact for agency initiatives. Also, act as a bridge for translating all HO projects into execution in the channel.
• Digital Agency and Banca in Tier 2 and 3 cities under BHARAT initiative.
• Well in projects program and portfolio delivery and Management in line with organisation

Priorities

Skill Data analytics and Data interpretation.

Key Requirements Education & Certificates

• MBA
• Experience in Agency sales strategy/SLP- Sales Leadership programs in a reputed insurance company (Life/General)
• Experience requirement 2 to 3 year
• Experience in driving digitization projects in sales preferred
