Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong background in interior design project execution to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in companies like Livspace, HomeLane, Design Café, or similar interior firms, with expertise in costing, BOQ preparation, vendor management, Vendor Connections and on-site execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end interior project execution – from planning to handover.
  • Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and material requirement sheets.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Handle client coordination and ensure smooth project communication.
  • Conduct site visits and manage on-site teams for daily progress updates.
  • Resolve project-related issues and ensure project completion within deadlines.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager / Site Manager / Execution Manager in interior projects.
  • Experience in Livspace or similar modular/interior firms preferred.
  • Strong understanding of costing, BOQ preparation, and vendor network.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Must have existing vendor and contractor contacts in relevant locations.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Reading Drawing and project management tools will be an advantage.
