The Branch In-Charge is responsible for overseeing the sales operations and activities of a designated branch. This role involves managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Branch In-Charge also ensures compliance with company policies and contributes to the overall growth and profitability of the branch.
Main Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve branch sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, discuss challenges, and plan future activities.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients.
- Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and support.
Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the branchs customer base.
- Develop and implement initiatives to increase sales and market share.
Operations Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Manage branch budgets, expenses, and resources effectively.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and monitor internal controls to mitigate risks.
Desired Profile:
- Qualification: Graduate, MBA in Sales & Marketing will be preferred
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and sales management software.
