About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Relationship Officer who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, generating leads, and achieving sales targets through field activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to work independently on the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field visits to meet potential and existing customers.
  • Generate leads through on-ground activities, referrals, and market research.
  • Explain product/services to customers and assist them in understanding the offerings.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Identify new business opportunities and areas of improvement.
  • Maintain daily activity reports and update management regularly.
  • Resolve customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in promotional activities, events, and campaigns as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
  • 0–2 years of experience in field sales or customer-facing roles (Freshers can apply).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage field responsibilities.
  • Basic understanding of sales and customer relationship practices.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
