Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented , fresher to experienced Accounts Executive to join our Clients
Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the bookkeeping activities of our clients. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the bookkeeping activities for assigned clients, including recording financial transactions, updating ledgers, and reconciling accounts.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records by verifying and correcting errors and discrepancies.
- Process payroll for clients accurately and in a timely manner, including calculating wages, preparing payroll checks, and distributing payments.
- Handle all aspects of payroll administration, including tax withholding, benefits deductions, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Work closely with clients to understand their specific accounting needs and provide personalized support and guidance.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address any queries or concerns related to their financial records or payroll.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as the finance and HR departments, to streamline processes and resolve issues efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience 1-5 years working in accounting or finance roles, with a focus on bookkeeping and payroll processing.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally or Zoho etc) and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also functioning effectively as part of a team.
