Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive, located in Bengaluru. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and maintaining client relationships, overseeing the sales process, achieving sales targets, and identifying growth opportunities. The Account Executive will also handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
Qualifications
- Sales and Account Management skills
- Client Relationship Development and Client Service skills
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and Conflict Resolution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Experience in the hospitality or food service industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is advantageous
