Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive Junior Account Executive for our client in Bangalore. This full-time role is ideal for individuals with 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. As an Account Executive, you will help manage client relationships, uncover new business opportunities, and deliver exceptional service in alignment with our commitment to empowering entrepreneurs and small business operations.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in account management or a similar client-facing role, with a maximum of 3 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in negotiation techniques to effectively manage client expectations and requirements.
  • Strong account management skills with the ability to nurture and maintain client relationships over time.
  • Capability in lead generation to identify potential customers and expand our client base efficiently.
  • Experience in market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor analysis.
  • Competency in preparing and analyzing MIS reports, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Skilled in bill preparations and invoice management, ensuring timely and accurate client billing.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Tally for accounting and data handling purposes.
  • Prepare MIS reports to monitor and report on sales, billing, and other key business metrics.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects and timely delivery of services.
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing processes, maintaining records and liaising with accounts for invoice generation.
  • Utilize negotiation skills to resolve any client issues or disputes, maintaining a professional and constructive relationship.
