Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Executive based in Bengaluru. The Accounting Executive will handle daily accounting tasks, including managing transactions, preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. The role also involves assisting with budget preparation, analyzing financial data, and supporting the finance team in various accounting projects.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in accounting practices, financial reporting, and account reconciliation
  • Strong understanding of compliance with accounting principles and regulations
  • Experience with budget preparation and financial data analysis
  • Good knowledge of accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
