Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nashik for a Sales Team Lead at BharatCX. The Sales Team Lead will oversee and manage a sales team, setting targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities include leading sales efforts, crafting and executing strategies to meet business goals, fostering team collaboration, and maintaining relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will also focus on identifying new opportunities and ensuring the team's adherence to company guidelines and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to assess sales metrics, market trends, and team performance effectively
- Proven experience in team management and leadership to inspire, guide, and mentor a sales team
- Excellent customer service skills to address client needs and build long-lasting relationships
- Effective communication skills to clearly convey ideas, lead meetings, and collaborate within teams
- Proven proficiency in sales with the ability to strategize, execute, and achieve sales targets
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of crypto trading and compliance frameworks is an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred
