Role & responsibilities

  1. Lead Managment: Execute marketing activities such as client calls, emailing, WhatsApp messaging, etc., as directed by the director to generate leads.
  2. Project Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing project activities to ensure timely and efficient execution. They coordinate between teams, track project progress, manage documentation, and communicate updates to stakeholders. Their role ensures smooth workflow, risk management, and adherence to deadlines.
  3. Client Collaboration: Gather and evaluate product requirements from clients in collaboration with our design team and architects.
  4. Client Communication: Provide photos, product details, and any other necessary information to clients via WhatsApp or email.
  5. Order Management: Coordinate order-related approvals and requirements ensuring all necessary client information is secured.
  6. Client Relationship Development: Target and regularly call clients to develop relationships and secure new orders. Follow up on all leads to gather requirements, submit quotes, and close sales.
  7. Post-Sales Service: Facilitate smooth delivery and installation of orders, providing post-sales support when required to ensure customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

  1. Background in sales and marketing within the luxury home decor, bath ware, or related industries.
  2. Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing strategies.
  3. Experience in managing and leading a sales team to drive performance.
  4. Excellent command of English with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of social media platforms, virtual communication tools, and the ability to conduct virtual meetings, webinars, and promotion activities.
