Customer Support Associate (International Voice Process)

Requirements:

- Excellent Communication in English.

  • Fresher/Experience both are welcome to apply

- Candidates who are in Bangalore are only preferred

- Immediate joiners only

Job summary:

The International Voice Process Advisor is responsible for managing customer interactions across global markets through inbound and outbound voice support. The role focuses on resolving customer concerns, providing accurate product or service information, and ensuring timely issue resolution. Advisors are expected to uphold high service standards, adapt to cultural and linguistic differences, and consistently achieve performance benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound from customers in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Perform eligibility and benefits verification through payer calls or portals.

  • Identify and resolve customer complaints by providing timely solutions.

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing queries promptly.
  • Meet individual and team performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues.

Work Location: Bellandur, Bangalore

Shifts: Rotational Shift (5 days work /2 days fixed off)

Salary: Up to 4.5 Lpa
