BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVEPosition Level: Senior Executive / LeadershipSalary Range: ₹35,000 - ₹50,000/month + commission (3-5% of sales value)Experience Required: 5-7 years in B2B sales, HVAC/equipment sales, or real estate/corporate salesReports To: Founder / DirectorKey Responsibilities:Market Research & Strategy:Identify and research potential customer segments (HNI residential, corporate, healthcare, education)Map premium residential colonies in Delhi-NCR with contact listsResearch corporate offices and facility managers in target companiesDevelop list of hospitals, schools, and institutionsAnalyze competitor activities (YOGA and others) and market trendsProvide monthly market intelligence reports to founderSales Development:Create target customer lists and prioritization frameworkDevelop sales pitch and value proposition for different customer segmentsCreate sales collateral (brochures, presentation decks, case studies)Build relationships with real estate brokers, architects, and interior designersEstablish partnerships with corporate facility management companiesDevelop referral program and incentive structureLead Generation & Qualification:Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and direct outreachQualify leads based on budget, need, and timeline criteriaMaintain lead database and track conversion metricsFollow up with warm leads and schedule consultationsPrepare lead reports and pipeline forecastingCustomer Meetings & Presentations:Conduct consultative sales meetings with prospectsPresent system options, pricing, and ROI analysisAddress customer objections and concernsNegotiate contracts and close dealsEnsure smooth handoff to operations team postsaleMarketing Coordination:Coordinate with marketing team on digital campaigns Identify partnership opportunities with builders, architects, brokersPlan and execute promotional events and demosCollect customer success stories and testimonials for marketingKey Skills:B2B sales experience and consultative sellingStrong communication and presentation skillsNetworking and relationship buildingNegotiation and deal-closing abilityMarket research and analysisCRM system proficiencyResilience and persistenceTechnical product understanding (HVAC background helpful)Success Metrics:Generate 30-50 qualified leads per month by Month 3 Close rate: 20-30% (target 7-15 installations per month)Sales pipeline value: ₹50+ lakhs by Month 6Customer acquisition cost: Maintain
