
Business Development Executive

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who will convert leads into paying customers, build partnerships, and drive revenue growth across our platforms. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, target-driven, and experienced in handling international B2B clients.
Responsibilities
-Take ownership of leads provided by the Lead Generation team and convert them into clients.
-Conduct product demos, pitches, and presentations for global prospects.
-Drive client acquisition for:
- BulkDataProvider → India & USA-based database buyers (agencies, recruiters, marketers).
- CollabriXX → Influencer agencies & global brands.
-Develop and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and upselling.
-Explore international partnerships with agencies, SaaS resellers, and brands.
-Maintain sales pipeline and performance records in CRM.
-Achieve and exceed monthly revenue & conversion targets.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales / international business development.
- Proven track record of closing deals in SaaS, data, or digital platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (English proficiency is a must).
- Comfortable with cold calling, email follow-ups, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and growth-driven mindset.
What We Offer
- Fixed salary ₹25K–₹35K/month + performance incentives.
- Work Timings: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday, with rotational Saturday off).
