A Sales & Marketing Executive (Car Detailing) is responsible for generating new business, promoting detailing services, maintaining customer relationships, and executing marketing strategies that increase brand visibility and service sales. The role requires both hands-on sales skills and an understanding of digital and offline marketing within the automotive care industry.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Customer Acquisition

  • Identify, approach, and convert new customers (walk-ins, car owners, fleets, dealerships).
  • Promote detailing packages (interior, exterior, ceramic coating, paint protection, polishing, etc.).
  • Provide service consultations and recommend suitable packages to customers.
  • Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and email.

2. Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with repeat clients and VIP customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
  • Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after service delivery.

3. Marketing & Brand Promotion

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google Ads).
  • Create and post engaging content: before/after photos, videos, reels, customer testimonials.
  • Collaborate with influencers and car clubs to promote the brand.
  • Organise local promotions, events, and partnerships with car dealerships and garages.

4. Product & Service Knowledge

  • Understand all detailing services, tools, chemicals, and equipment used.
  • Educate customers on the benefits of ceramic coating, PPF, paint correction, and maintenance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor pricing.

5. Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Track sales performance, conversions, and marketing results.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports for management.
  • Monitor customer reviews and ratings on Google and social media.

Typical Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Experience in automotive, car detailing, or service sales is an advantage
  • Social media marketing experience is highly beneficial

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
