Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and creative Marketing Executive to promote our car detailing and automotive care services. The candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, generating leads, building partnerships, and implementing both online and offline marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to promote car detailing, paint protection, ceramic coating, and related services.
  • Generate leads through social media campaigns, field activities, referrals, and partnerships.
  • Visit car showrooms, dealerships, and corporate offices to build B2B relationships.
  • Manage online marketing — social media posts, Google ads, WhatsApp promotions, etc.
  • Conduct promotional events, campaigns, and offers to increase customer footfall.
  • Handle customer inquiries received through calls, messages, and online platforms.
  • Collect feedback and testimonials to enhance service credibility.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
  • Track and report marketing performance and ROI.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitors' activities.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 0–3 years in marketing, preferably in automotive / car care / service industry.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Knowledge of digital and offline marketing techniques.
  • Passion for automobiles and customer engagement.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
  • Basic computer and social media marketing knowledge.
  • License: Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
