About the Role :

Cariove is a modern fashion jewellery and accessories brand built for today's women — elegant, expressive, and effortlessly stylish.

We are seeking a
Brand Manager
to work closely with the founder and play an integral role in managing and scaling the brand across all key functions — from operations and e-commerce to creative direction and vendor coordination.

This is a hands-on role for
someone who understands how a D2C fashion brand
operates and is eager to grow with it.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee day-to-day operations including
    inventory management, packaging, and dispatch coordination
    .
  • Liaise with
    vendors, manufacturers, and suppliers
    for timely procurement and production.
  • Assist in
    curating and developing new jewellery collections
    aligned with brand aesthetics.
  • Coordinate
    photoshoots, content planning, and social media requirements
    .
  • Maintain and update
    Excel reports
    for stock, orders, and expenses.
  • Support the founder in
    brand strategy, campaign execution, and marketing initiatives
    .
  • Handle
    client or influencer communication
    when necessary, ensuring brand tone and professionalism.
  • Contribute proactively to improving systems, processes, and customer experience.

Requirements
:

  • 1–3 years of experience in
    fashion, e-commerce, or lifestyle brands
    (experience in jewellery is preferred).
  • Strong understanding of
    e-commerce operations and digital brand management
    .
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in
    Excel and basic business reporting tools
    .
  • A keen eye for
    design, detail, and aesthetics
    .
  • Passionate about fashion
    and up to date with the latest trends.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced startup environment.
