The ideal candidate will possess strong typing skills and a foundational understanding of computer operations, with a specific emphasis on insurance-related typing knowledge. This role is crucial in providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring smooth operational processes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to insurance processes.
• Accurately type and input data related to insurance transactions and client inquiries.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and technical issues.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on insurance products and services to provide informed support.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills and product knowledge.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
• Basic computer knowledge, including familiarity with operating systems and software applications.
• Proficient in insurance-related typing tasks and terminology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with helpdesk software and ticketing systems.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in IT or related fields is a plus.
• Certification in typing or data entry is advantageous.
• Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in technical support or helpdesk roles.
