Location: Mph-Cybercity Tower 4, Pune, IN Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Technical Support / Helpdesk professional. The ideal candidate will possess strong typing skills and a foundational understanding of computer operations, with a specific emphasis on insurance-related typing knowledge. Responsibilities:- Provide first-level technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to insurance processes.
- Accurately type and input data related to insurance transactions and client inquiries.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and technical issues.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on insurance products and services to provide informed support.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills and product knowledge.
- Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Basic computer knowledge, including familiarity with operating systems and software applications.
- Proficient in insurance-related typing tasks and terminology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with helpdesk software and ticketing systems.
- Basic understanding of customer service principles.
- Knowledge of insurance products and services.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in IT or related fields is a plus.
- Certification in typing or data entry is advantageous.
- Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in technical support or helpdesk roles.
