Key Responsibilities

Lead fundraising initiatives for distressed asset acquisitions, special

situation opportunities, and structured finance deals.

Develop and maintain deep, long-term relationships with Private Equity

firms, ARCs, AIFs, family offices, and institutional investors .

Prepare and present investment decks, deal teasers, information

memoranda , and term sheets to potential investors.

Act as a primary interface between the company and capital providers,

managing deal structuring, term negotiations, and investor onboarding .

Identify capital partners for both deal-specific and platform-level fundraising

, including co-investment opportunities.

Maintain a strong investor database and regularly update them on deal

pipeline, performance, and recovery updates.

Collaborate with legal, compliance, and finance teams to ensure timely

execution of fundraising documentation and investor due diligence.

Monitor market intelligence and investor trends , and contribute to capital

raising strategies and product positioning.

Support roadshows, investor meetings, and capital market events to expand

investor reach.

Required Qualifications

MBA (Finance) , CA , or equivalent qualification from a reputed institution.

Certifications in CFA / Investment Banking / Fund Management (optional

but preferred).

Experience

7–15 years of relevant experience in fundraising, investor relations, or

business development , preferably in distressed asset, ARC, NBFC, or PE

environments.

Proven track record of raising capital from PE, AIFs, ARCs , or other

institutional investors.

Strong network within the alternative investment and structured credit

ecosystem.

Skills

In-depth understanding of fundraising strategies, investor preferences, and

capital markets .

Strong knowledge of deal structuring, term sheets, co-investment models,

and regulatory nuances .

Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills .

Ability to build and manage senior investor relationships and handle high-

stake conversations.

Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, data rooms , and CRM systems for

investor tracking.

Additional Requirements

Strong understanding of distressed assets, IBC framework, NPA markets ,

and the alternative investment space.

Ability to work independently and drive end-to-end fundraising efforts with

minimal oversight.

Willingness to travel for investor meetings, roadshows, and industry

networking events .

Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial acumen.
