Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication of company performance and strategy.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including quarterly earnings releases, annual reports, and presentations for investor conferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business plans, forecasts, and budgets that align with strategic goals.
  • Identify potential investment opportunities through market research, industry trends analysis, and competitive landscape assessment.
  • Provide expert advice on corporate finance matters such as fundraising options (equity/debt), M&A transactions, divestitures etc.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent with 15 to 25 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Treasury roles.

  • Strong exposure to capital markets, fundraising (debt/equity), and working with MNCs or listed entities.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

  • Hands-on experience in financial modeling, business valuation, M&A, and project finance.

  • Strong relationships with institutional investors, banks, and private equity/venture capital firms.

  • International experience and multi-cultural exposure, particularly in India, UAE, and other global markets, is a plus.
