Junior Sales Associate Job in Delhi at Saaiesh Group

The Junior Growth Consultant will qualify leads using discovery call scripts, fix appointments, and maintain a 6% or higher appointments booked to closure ratio. Ensure smooth communication with potential and existing clients. You will work closely with the Sales and Coaching Teams to support Business Coaching initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Actively engage with potential clients through outbound calls to generate leads and set appointments.
- Maintain a 6% or higher appointment booked-to-closure ratio and achieve 3-4 successful closes per month.
- Maintain a 100% data accuracy rate in CRM tools (HubSpot/Pipedrive).
