Junior Operations Associate in Delhi

This is a full-time on-site role for an operations associate at MiM-Essay in Delhi, India. The operations associate will be responsible for day-to-day operational tasks supporting various consulting services, ensuring smooth workflows, and maintaining effective communication with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with multiple teams for the successful completion of a client's application.
- Track and monitor applications, updating clients on their application status regularly.
- Ensure clients are smoothly onboarded by guiding them through our onboarding process and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of applications and client interactions in our database.
- Coordinate with clients to gather necessary information for applications.
- Collaborate with team members to improve application strategies and client onboarding processes.
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding their applications and onboarding status.
- Assist in other operational tasks as needed to support the team.
- Process and submit applications on behalf of clients.
