Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Associate, based in Bhubaneswar. The Office Associate will handle daily administrative tasks, provide support with office operations, assist in customer service, and manage communications. They will also be responsible for maintaining records, basic accounting, and ensuring smooth functioning of the office environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to support interactions and relationships with clients and team members
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to efficiently manage daily tasks and office operations
- Basic knowledge of Accounting for financial record management
- Attention to detail, organization, and the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., MS Office Suite)
- Experience in similar roles is advantageous but not mandatory
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office management or a related field are a plus
