Why This Role Exists

Parentune supports parents by connecting them with credible voices they trust. To strengthen this ecosystem, we work closely with mom influencers, health experts, and community creators who shape everyday decisions for parents.

The Outreach Manager ensures that these voices become an active part of our platform. This role focuses on identifying the right creators, building long term partnerships, and ensuring that experts and influencer collaborations stay relevant, credible, and aligned with what parents genuinely need.

What You Will Own


• Identifying and evaluating mom influencers, health experts, and credible creators across platforms


• Building the outreach pipeline, from first contact to onboarding


• Managing end to end partnership processes, including conversations, evaluations, negotiations, and activations


• Creating structured onboarding journeys that help influencers and experts integrate smoothly with Parentune


• Maintaining consistent engagement with partners to ensure ongoing activity and trust


• Coordinating with internal teams to plan content, sessions, campaigns, and collaborations


• Managing documentation, agreements, timelines, and deliverables


• Tracking performance of influencer and expert led activities


• Creating regular reports and insights to strengthen the outreach function


• Ensuring all partners follow Parentune's guidelines, values, and content safety principles

Who You Are


• Strong at communication, relationship building, and structured follow up


• Comfortable reaching out to new creators and experts daily


• Able to identify credibility, authenticity, and engagement quality in influencer profiles


• Organized with a clean workflow approach and attention to detail


• Confident in speaking with doctors, nutritionists, psychologists, and parent creators


• Able to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously without losing clarity


• Understands parenting communities and the importance of trust in this domain

Bonus If You Have


• Experience working with mom influencers, health creators, or wellness experts


• Worked in a startup environment


• Experience in influencer relations, creator management, or brand collaborations


• Familiarity with parenting content and parent engagement patterns
