Role Overview
The Content Creator will develop high quality visual and written content ideas for Hub and Oak and will serve as an on camera face for the brand. The role focuses on conceptualisation, scripting and presenting content for social media, property videos, brand campaigns and lifestyle formats. The creator will work closely with the shoot and editing team who will handle production while the creator focuses on creative direction and presentation. This role requires strong storytelling ability, comfort on camera and a sharp understanding of brand communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Content strategy and ideation
Develop ideas for videos, reels, series, campaigns and property related content.
Identify trends in real estate, coworking, interiors and lifestyle that can be adapted to Hub and Oak content.
- Script writing
Write clear and engaging scripts for videos, reels, interviews and thematic series.
Ensure all scripts reflect an intelligent, premium and brand aligned tone.
- On camera presentation
Present content confidently in front of the camera for reels, walk throughs, educational videos, interviews and brand communication.
Follow shoot guidelines and collaborate with the production team during filming.
- Brand communication
Ensure the content aligns with Hub and Oak positioning across real estate, coworking and interior design.
Translate complex concepts into simple and engaging on camera narratives.
- Coordination with production teams
Work with the shoot team to plan shoot flow and understand the creative direction for each project.
Share scripts, concepts and shot requirements in advance to ensure smooth execution.
- Research
Research topics related to real estate, interior design, coworking trends, workspace productivity, property investment and lifestyle.
Use insights to propose relevant and high engagement content themes.
- Written content creation
Create captions, post descriptions, hooks and accompanying text for social media posts and video releases.
Support the social media manager by contributing ideas that can be converted into social media posts
Required Skills and Experience
Proven experience in content creation, on camera presentation or similar roles
Strong verbal communication and screen presence
Ability to write concise, engaging and premium scripts
Creative thinking with strong awareness of digital trends
Team Work to Support the Digital Marketing Team including Digital Marketing Manager, Social Media Manager and Video Editor
