Role Summary

We're seeking a proactive and creatively driven
Outreach & Communications Associate
to lead our firm's outreach initiatives. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual excited to conceptualize, create, and execute comprehensive communication strategies that align with the firm's design philosophy. You'll have the opportunity to independently build and shape the outreach vertical from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management

  • Develop and manage a content strategy across all social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest).
  • Produce engaging photo, video, and written content including project features, behind-the-scenes reels, and design stories.
  • Maintain consistent posting schedules.

Video Production & Filmmaking

  • Ideate, script, shoot, and edit films showcasing FD Design's work.
  • Collaborate with freelancers while retaining creative direction.

Photography & Visual Storytelling

  • Capture architectural and interior project narratives through high-quality photography.

Journalism & Writing

  • Conduct interviews and write engaging articles that reflect FD Design's culture and design philosophy.

Newsletters & Client Communication

  • Draft and circulate newsletters, bulletins, or digital magazines highlighting the firm's achievements and updates.

Podcast Development

  • Conceptualize and manage in-house podcast series, handling both creative and technical aspects.

Site Visits & Documentation

  • Visit project sites for documentation, storytelling, and content creation.
