Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, assess, and hire top talent across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment, a strategic mindset, and the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers to meet workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop job descriptions, and define candidate profiles.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, internal referrals, and professional networks.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate and conduct candidate interviews, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and hiring teams.
  • Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning and identify future talent needs.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and reports.
  • Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, sourcing effectiveness) and prepare hiring reports and dashboards.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors/ Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, either in-house or with an agency, with a strong focus on the retail & Fashion industry.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and hiring candidates across various functions and corporate levels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret recruitment metrics.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
