The Goyal Group ventured into the Food & Beverage segment with Dive Bars and Restaurants. This new rugged, no frills bar opened in the heart of Mumbai's commercial capital, BKC. Dive is a blend of the American Dive Bar culture with an Indian twist. With its pocket friendly drinks and finely curated food


menu, it has become one of the most trending and frequented Bars not only in BKC but throughout Mumbai. In a short while it has zoomed into top trending list of bars on Zomato, recommended by LBB, highly appreciated by the food blogger community and truly loved by the customers. There are currently two outlets one in BKC and the other in Kalaghoda. The company is currently in expansion mode and plans to open up at least 4 more bars by the end of this year.

Job Description - Brand Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead brand-building initiatives, oversee marketing campaigns, and ensure consistency across all communication channels. The role involves guiding the in-house team, providing strategic direction, and strengthening the brand presence across real estate, hospitality, and upcoming ventures.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies across digital and offline channels.Ensure consistency in brand tone, voice, and visual identity across all platforms.Oversee end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns by the in-house team.Review and approve marketing content, creative, and collateral.Track key marketing metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, conversions) and recommend improvements.Conduct competitor analysis and provide strategic insights to management.Map customer journeys and enhance engagement touch points.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand objectives with business goals.Provide creative direction and ensure brand-compliant designs for real estate, hospitality, and new ventures.Brainstorm social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, messaging and audience identification

· Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action

· Optimize content on all company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content & set a uniform language across all channels

· Create compelling content for all Marketing collaterals spread across ATL/BTL

· Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)

· Plan, Proofread and execute all marketing strategies in a given budget, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

· Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players, vendors and coordinate actions

· Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

· Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Candidate Profile

5–8 years of experience in Brand Management / Marketing.Strong understanding of digital marketing, campaign planning, and customer engagement.Ability to manage and mentor in-house marketing/design teams.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Experience in Real Estate / Hospitality sectors preferred.Highly creative with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
