Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and experienced Closing Team Lead to manage a team responsible for converting qualified leads into successful property sales. The role requires strong client negotiation skills, proven experience in closing high-value real estate transactions, and the ability to manage complex sales cycles. The ideal candidate will have a track record of handling premium residential and commercial projects with a ticket size of ₹2 Cr and above.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the closing team to ensure consistent achievement of sales and revenue targets.

  • Experience prefrred in handling premium properties (ticket size ₹2 Cr+).

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and providing suitable property solutions.

  • Oversee the entire sales closing cycle—from lead follow-up, site visits, negotiations, to final agreement execution.

  • Work closely with the legal and documentation teams to ensure smooth processing of agreements and compliance with regulations.

  • Train and support team members on negotiation techniques and objection handling.

  • Track competitor offerings, market trends, and client feedback to enhance the closing process.

  • Develop and maintain reporting systems for sales conversion rates, deal timelines, and revenue performance.

Qualifications

  • Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Sales, or related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in real estate closing or high-value property sales.

  • Proven track record in handling luxury and premium segment deals (₹2 Cr+).

  • Strong understanding of the Mumbai / regional real estate market.
