FashionTV India Pvt. Ltd. partners with entrepreneurs to launch businesses across franchising, licensing, events, media, and city partnerships.
We are looking for an experienced Channel Partner Acquisition Manager with a proven background in building, managing, and scaling channel networks across real estate and F&B sectors.
This role involves working closely with builders, developers, IPCs, and real estate aggregators (like Anarock, Square Yards, MagicBricks, , etc.) to onboard new channel partners and expand FashionTV's national franchise footprint for FTV Bars, Lounges, Cafés, and Salons.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, recruit, and onboard channel partners, CPs, and ICPs across multiple Indian cities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, real estate consultants, and brokerage networks.
Collaborate with property acquisition teams to finalize suitable locations for FTV franchises.
Drive business development through partner engagement programs, property shows, and local networking events.
Negotiate and close channel agreements ensuring mutual profitability and long-term association.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, legal, and sales teams for smooth partner onboarding.
Maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers for all active channel partners.
Must-Have:
3–6 years of experience in Channel Partner / Developer / Broker acquisition or management.
Prior experience working with or for real estate networks (Anarock, Square Yards, MagicBricks, 99acres, NoBroker, etc.).
Strong connections in real estate, F&B, or retail expansion.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and data reporting.
Mumbai-based candidate willing to work on-site and travel pan-India when required.
Preferred:
Prior exposure to F&B, retail franchise rollouts, or hospitality real estate.
Ability to develop and manage pan-India channel partner networks.
Experience in handling investor and franchise client coordination.
