  • Continuous Improvement: Drive Lean/Six Sigma projects to reduce defects, scrap, and cost of quality; promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration with R&D: Support new product development and type approvals; validate new materials and processes.
  • Safety & Sustainability: Ensure lab and shop-floor testing meet all safety and environmental requirements.
