We are looking for a senior leader to head overall plant operations at our modern cattle feed manufacturing facility. The Plant Head will be responsible for production, maintenance, quality, supply chain coordination, manpower management, cost optimization, and compliance with statutory and safety norms.

Key Responsibilities : 
  • Lead day-to-day operations across production, maintenance, quality, and logistics.
  • Drive efficiency, productivity, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety, and statutory compliances.
  • Oversee workforce planning, training, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with corporate leadership for production planning and business goals.
Candidate Profile :
  • 15–22 years of experience in plant operations, preferably in manufacturing/FMCG/agro industries.
  • Proven track record of leading large manufacturing units with 300+ workforce.
  • Strong technical expertise in production systems, TPM, lean, and automation.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
