About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Plant Head
to lead overall factory operations, manage a workforce of 200+ employees, and ensure smooth, safe, and efficient production. The ideal candidate will drive productivity, maintain quality standards, optimize resources, and continuously improve plant performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily, weekly & monthly production to meet company targets
  • Ensure optimal use of machines, manpower & materials
  • Maintain product quality through close coordination with QA
  • Manage & motivate 200+ factory employees with strong discipline
  • Oversee preventive & breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime
  • Reduce wastage, rejections, and improve production efficiency
  • Prepare daily/monthly production & manpower MIS reports
  • Ensure compliance with factory laws, labour rules & safety standards
  • Drive continuous improvement and act as a bridge between management & shop-floor teams

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma / Degree (BE/B.Tech) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plastic Technology
  • 12–20 years
    of experience in plastic manufacturing (preferably Blow/Injection Moulding)
  • Minimum
    5 years
    in plant leadership or senior managerial role

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of
    Blow Moulding & Injection Moulding machines
  • Sound understanding of auxiliary equipment (compressors, chillers, dryers, etc.)
  • Experience in production optimization & process troubleshooting

Soft Skills

  • Excellent leadership & team-handling skills
  • Strong analytical & decision-making ability
  • Effective communication & cross-functional coordination
  • Result-oriented, disciplined & capable of working under pressure
