Overview
We are seeking a data-driven and growth-oriented candidate
(3-7yrs work exp)
to execute Aereo's demand generation function across both , outbound and inbound channels. This role will be responsible for implementing the demand generation action plans, driving pipeline growth and campaigns.
Responsibilities
Execute the end-to-end demand generation plans for enterprise and mid-market accounts in target geographies.
Own Aereo's Webinars ,Email Campaigns, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Events, SEO-driven inbound strategies, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
Collaborate with content and design teams to launch high-impact campaigns, aligned with buyer personas and decision journeys.
Track and report on marketing KPIs including MQLs, SQLs, CAC, funnel conversion, and ROI.
Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, data analysis, and market insights.
Oversee the use and effectiveness of CRM (Zoho), marketing automation, and website performance tools.
Support regional growth initiatives in international markets including GCC, Brazil, and Australia through targeted demand gen strategies.
Qualifications
3–7 years of experience in B2B lead generation, demand generation, or growth marketing roles.
Proven track record of driving pipeline growth for SaaS, enterprise tech, or B2B services.
Experience managing, webinars, email campaigns, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, events, and inbound strategies.
Proficient in CRM, HubSpot, or similar platforms, and campaign performance tools.
Exposure to international markets including GCC, Brazil, and Australia is a plus.
