Job Summary:
As a Manager- Performance Marketing, you will be managing and executing campaigns focused on new user acquisition for Rapido using Digital Marketing platforms. Your role will be crucial in leading and driving the success of our growth. If you have experience in Performance Marketing and curiosity in App Performance Marketing, we would love to meet you. To sum it up, you will be working on all paid digital marketing initiatives to ensure customer growth, optimizing cost of user acquisition.
Job Responsibilities:
- Planning and executing performance marketing strategy across multiple touch points.
- Improvement of media and product performance Funnels.
- Optimizing all channels to deliver the best ROI while ensuring targets are met.
- Periodic reporting to management on the performance of campaigns.
- Gathering insights into campaigns and consumer behavior and implementing the learnings.
- Developing and executing new and innovative strategies for consumer acquisition.
- Continuous experiment and run A/B Testing on campaigns, messaging and targeting to improve ROI.
- Interface with key stakeholders in order to plan and execute campaigns.
- Provide clear and actionable insights to the business stakeholders.
- Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments.
- Coordinating and driving end-to-end cross-functional projects in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Identifying high impact experiences and developing and implementing strategies to solve for the same
Job Requirements:
- 4 to 6 Years of experience
- MBA in Marketing
- A strong background in App Performance Marketing with a product company/Agency
