This individual will be responsible for overseeing and executing end-to-end digital marketing strategies aimed at driving online visibility, traffic, and conversions. The ideal candidate will have experience in SEO, managing performance campaigns, lead generation, and ensuring a ROI-driven approach to all marketing initiatives.

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will also work on creative designing, developing creative landing pages, and optimizing campaigns through re-targeting and other advanced digital marketing techniques. Key Responsibilities:

-End-to-End Digital Marketing: Manage all aspects of digital marketing campaigns, from planning to execution, and ensure optimal performance.

-SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to improve website rankings and enhance organic traffic.

-Performance Campaigns: Develop and optimize paid campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive measurable results.

-Lead Generation: Create and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads, contributing to overall business growth.

-ROI-Driven Strategies: Focus on campaign metrics to ensure the highest possible return on investment and efficient budget allocation.

-Creative Designing: Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing and impact digital creative for ads, social media, email campaigns, etc.

-Creative Landing Pages: Design and test landing pages to maximize conversions for campaigns.

-Google Ad Words Management: Run and optimize Google Ad Words campaigns to drive traffic and increase brand visibility.

-Re-targeting Campaigns: Develop and manage re-targeting campaigns to re-engage users and drive conversions.

-Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.

Required Skills and Experience:

-Experience: 2 to 5 years in digital marketing, with a proven track record of executing end-to-end digital marketing strategies.

-SEO Expertise: Strong understanding of SEO techniques, keyword research, and content optimization.

-Paid Campaigns: Hands-on experience with Google Ad Words and paid campaigns on other platforms (Face book Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

-Lead Generation: Strong skills in developing lead generation strategies and tactics.

-Creative Skills: Experience in designing digital creative and landing pages that drive results.

-Analytics & Reporting: Proficient in using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other marketing platforms to track performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

-Re-targeting: Familiarity with re-targeting tactics and platforms.

-Communication: Strong communication skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Experience in using marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

• Familiarity with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques.

• Knowledge of the latest trends in digital marketing.
