Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Professional to drive

revenue growth, build client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. The

ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes,

market research, and client engagement strategies, along with a proven track record of

meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and

follow-ups.

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business growth.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Operations) to align client

requirements.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and business

potential.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business pitches to prospective

clients.

  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial

agreements.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress using CRM tools.

  • Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry meetings to enhance

market visibility.

  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on pipeline status and

business performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA

preferred).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and MS Office tools.

  • Proven ability to build networks and maintain long-term client relationships.

  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • Experience in IT / SaaS / Recruitment / Consulting domain.

  • Knowledge of lead generation via LinkedIn, cold calling, and and email outreach.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing and sales automation tools
