Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads through calls, emails, social media, and networking.
- Explain company services and solutions to potential clients clearly and confidently.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Coordinate with the internal team to meet client requirements.
- Research market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads, calls, and meetings in CRM/Excel.
Skills Required
- Proven experience in B2B sales (minimum 1 year).
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (English & Tamil preferred).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and confident.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹36,087.18 per month
